Overview

A train journey to London King's Cross, followed by a tube to Warwick Avenue.  The walk takes us along Regents Canal where there are lots of interesting things to see including London Zoo and Camden Lock market.  The walk will end at the Barbican where we can take the tube back to King's Cross with time for something to eat or a look round the shops.

Please register for this walk on Newark ramblers website.

You will need to book your own rail journey.

The train leaves Newark Northgate at 10.55am and arrives at Kings Cross at 12.21pm.  Please meet in front of Kings Cross station ready to start the walk at 12.30pm.

The return train leaves at 19.06 and arrives in Newark at 20.33.  This will give us time for a leisurely walk and some free time for looking round or tea.
