We are the Mid Staffordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Starting from Friden carpark we have a bit of road before walking along long Dale. We leave at the beginning of Gratton Dale (as it's flooded) and walk across to Elton and the to Youlgreave. From there we walk alongside the river Bradford the make our way back over fields to the car park. There are lots of stiles and it's a little bit squelchy. One mile of road at the end unfortunately.
