We are the Somer Valley Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

An interesting undulating circular walk which starts at Heavens Gate and gives you wonderful views over the Longleat Estate. We then pass through the village of Horningsham and continue through woodland and across pastureland before arriving back at the car park. Taking this walk at this time of year the rhododendrons should be out at Heavens Gate and the woods are carpeted with blue bells.
Please bring a light picnic lunch and a drink
