We are the Kilmarnock & Loudoun Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We shall meet at London Rd 08:50 to leave there at 09:00. Drive to Lunderson Bay is approx 1hour 15mins 72mile round trip. Walk distance is 10 miles. If meeting walk leaders at Lunderston Bay car park we hope to start walk at 10:15. Please let the walk leaders know if you intend to travel direct to the start point. Start off coastal then through Inverkip village where we will have our first break. Up through lovely Daff Glen steep incline. On to Leapmoor Forest all uphill where we may come across some cattle. Good views of Ayrshire coast and Inverkip Marina from here. We shall have our lunch break at the forest. Coming out at a lovely housing estate we make our way back down to village through the Marina and back along the coastal route.

Meet at East Ayrshire Council Headquarters car park, 95 London Road, Kilmarnock KA3 7BU at 08.50 to arrange car share and leave prompt at 09.00.
The walk will start from Lunderston Bay car park. It is hoped to start the walk at 10.15. Please advise the walk leaders if you intend to travel direct to Lunderston Bay.
