Overview

Following the Shropshire Way along the ridge with spectacular views towards the Shropshire Hills, tracks ( and a very small amount of lane ) walking past Exfords Green towards Lower Common, field paths to the pretty little village of Longden returning via Lyth Bank and looping back onto the Shropshire Way.  Fairly flat, one incline at Lyth Bank.  Small amount of lane walking through village.
