There will of new countryside to see for those of you that came on the previous Manchester Airport walk. This walk covers the entirety of the second runway extension, which is set in very rural countryside.

We will pass by old farm buildings, giving insight into the area before the airport was built. There are forested walkways around the airport terminal and cargo areas normally missed by drivers, and lots of views of the airport from dramatic and unusual vantage points

The walk is almost all flat with small ascent near the runway 2 extension.
