We are the East Staffordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in the East Staffordshire area to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We head off along the Tissington Trail and up to the ridge by Callow Top. We descend into Mapleton and then along quiet paths via Lees House Farm to Blore. We return via Martin Hill with the gradual descent down to Mapleton. A short climb takes us over the hill by the Callow Hall Hotel and back to the car park.

Due to the recent heavy rain please note it will probably be very muddy and we may have to detour if there are floods so the walk could be shorter or longer than the expected 8 miles.
