The Beachy Head Ramblers opens the way for everyone to enjoy walking the downs, clifftops, and wealdways of our area.

From the village shop we walk through the playing fields of Bedes School to back of Michelham Priory then along to the woods called Bramble Grove. At the time of my walk ( late March) there was a stunning display of Wood Anemones. By the time of our walk there will be bluebells. Next along the side of Arlington Stadium through Abbot’s Wood for more bluebells. The forestry commission are felling at present so it’s rather muddy but okay with care.
Next passing through Primrose Farm back to the start.
There’s a couple of stiles and briefly on a couple of quiet lanes.
Upper Dicker shop has a cafe you could use after the walk but I’ll be going to Arlington Reservoir cafe and you are welcome to join me.
