We are the Mid Staffordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

A walk from Staffordshire County Council car park next to The Knot Inn along the old railway track to Rudyard Lake. Then up along a country lane to the picturesque village of Horton. Then on along tracks and fields to lovely countryside overlooking the lake. There are some stiles on the way through occasional farms until we come to the church of St Lawrence overlooking the village of Rushton Spencer.
Please bring your own refreshments for a coffee stop and a lunch stop. The coffee stop will be at Rudyard Lake where there are toilets and a cafe.
Please let the leader know if you are coming.
Please park on the free County Council car park which is next to the pub and not on the pub car park.
