Overview

This walk precedes the Pocklington Annual General Meeting in Bishop Wilton Village Hall which all members are welcome to attend. Booking is required for the AGM and details have been circulated by email. 

This great walk over the Yorkshire Wolds, led by Martin Hill,  will start and finish at Bishop Wilton Village Hall (ample free parking). The route taken will be up to Bishop Wilton Wold, and along Worsen Dale to Cheese Cake Wold, and down to Painsthorpe. Uphill then to the access land on Hundle Dale,  to Megdale Brow, and down Worsendale to the Village Hall. There will be fine views and plenty of ups and downs, hence the local grading of 'Moderate Plus' Some parts of the route can get muddy after heavy rain.

No dogs except registered assistance dogs with the consent of the leader.
