Overview

Circular walk with picturesque views from the Wolds Way, visiting one of the finest Norman Churches in the country.

The walk takes us from Hotham to the village of South Newbald using a minor road and then footpaths to the centre of North Newbald.  From here we will go down a minor road to the Wolds Way that takes us through a lovely Dale. We will walk by St. Austins Stone down towards  Drewton Manor with (on a good day) beautiful views of the Humber.

Some inclines in the Eastern section. Poles useful for the descents
