Amanda and Ian are going to lead a morning walk of some 6.5 miles from High Easter, followed by the option to join the walk leaders for a pub lunch at The Black Lion PH, High Roding, a short drive away.
The route will go via the Spotted Dog pub and Garnetts Wood returning to High Easter via the Christmas Tree Plantation and the Fishing Lake. The walk will be 6.5 miles; there are no stiles and much of it shady.
We will meet at High Easter Village Hall car park (free) at 10am (a bit earlier if you wish to order lunch), The Street, High Easter, CM1 4QS. The entrance is almost opposite Lodge Coaches and the Snug Cafe.
