From the car park, we walk via New Farm and Thickpenny Farm to Red House Ings, returning along the river bank. Minimal ascent. On return to the car park the leader will continue to the Tithe Barn, Church Lane, where the AGM is to be held.

Start - car park at junction of Main street and Riverside Gardens, Nether Poppleton, SE 557550, YO26 6JZ. This is 250 yards from the Lord Nelson, which is the terminus of the no 10 bus from Stamford Bridge and York.
