Meet outside the Folk Hall on Hawthorn Terrace (a continuation of Haxby Road) where there are seats near the bus stop. Buses 1 and 13 stop there, but suggesting times is tricky given possible traffic jams. There's space to park cars and bikes round the back of the building.
