This walk is aimed at anybody who wants to try walking with Swansea Ramblers - you don’t have to be a member.
Existing members are also welcome.
We will walk around some of the streets of Newton and Langland and some lesser-known footpaths.
One of the highlights of the walk will be seeing the artwork on some of the Telecoms boxes commissioned by a local councillor.
There are several flights of steps on the walk.
We will be passing the public toilets in Rotherslade and Langland.
Walking boots are not required for this walk but good walking shoes are essential.
Directions: From Mumbles turn up Newton Road and continue up the hill.
Turn right by the Newton Inn continue up the road.
Where the road bends left, go straight on into Highpool Lane
Meet at the junction with Highmead Avenue.

Take bus Number 2 leaving from the Quadrant at 8:50 a.m.
Arriving at Highpool Lane at 9:22 a.m.
