Overview

The series finale is the only foray south of the Thames. Through streets and parkland, the route passes Shirley Windmill, then climbs to take in the view back over the city. From there, it joins a stretch of the London Loop, before turning south and west across the edge of the North Downs, to a final descent and the chance of a celebratory drink in Whyteleafe. Please bring packed lunch.

Terrain: Fields, woods, lanes, urban stretches.
