Catch the 9.45 Penzance train from Plymouth to Par for a walk through the park to the beach and along the coastpath to Polkerris Harbour for lunch (Pub or cafe) and a swim before looping back through fields, lanes and the Saints Way to Par Beach for more beach /water play, sand dunes, bird lake , park and more cafe stops! Back to station for trains at 14.53/15.24.
If you prefer to drive , options to side road park and meet at station at 10.34 or meet by toilets at Par Sands long stay by the bird lake (3.60 for 4 hours) at 11.00.
This will reduce total distance by roughly 1.5 miles .
