Based in the Scottish Borders, Eildon Ramblers is a friendlywalking group for people of all ages. We offer year-round walks to suit avariety of tastes.
NOTE: This walk is different from that shown in the Trifold Leaflet.
Description: From Kingsmeadows Car Park, walk along the River Tweed through field to Manor Sware and Old Manor Brig and on to Lyne Station, passing Barns Tower en route. We return on opposite bank of River Tweed and back to Hay Lodge Park and start of walk.
Terrain: Mainly riverside paths, farm tracks. Short section of pavement and quiet road at beginning of walk.
Public toilets at start & end of walk at Kingsmeadows Car Park. No charge for parking.
Packed lunch required.
Circular walk, grade C+, moderate. Boots and poles are recommended.

Registration deadline. You should register with the Walk Leader (a) no later than 5pm on the Thursday prior to a Saturday walk, or (b) no later than 5pm on the Friday prior to a Sunday walk.
