 Local Grade: A

The majority of the walk is over open mountain countryside. It starts from the Storey Arms with a good climb to just below Corn Du then descending past a small glacial lake eventually ending up on a tarmac lane taking us a short distance until we return to the foothills. The return involves a long climb up Bryn Teg then scaling the north face of Cribyn. From there it's on to Pen y Fan and finally through open hillside returning via a lengthy descent to our cars.
