Circular walk approx 5 miles. with approx 448ft elevation gain. Assistance dogs only.
From the Visitors car park we walk passed the visitors centre along the main footpath before turning up into Bousdale woods, and a gradual climb up following the forest track. At a concrete farm road we continue to climb up the hill to Bousdale Farm, then head around a couple of fields before starting the descent back down towards Mount House Farm. Lovely views across to Roseberry Topping. The start of the descent section of the walk could be quite muddy and wet under foot. We then descend down the concrete farm road towards the back/side of Pinchinthorpe Hall, cross the A173 and continue on towards Spite Hall Farm , then on to Low Farm before returning back to Pinchinthorpe Visitors centre along the disused railway path.
There will be a ten minute break. Please feel free to bring a drink/snack to enjoy.
There is a car parking charge at Pinchinthorpe Visitors centre
Toilets & cafe at the start of the walk - facilites close at 3pm
