Overview

19 mile strenuous, hilly linear walk from Polegate to Seaford, taking in sections of the South Downs Way and the Seven Sisters, and ending with a coastal path walk into Seaford. Depending on the weather opportunity for sea swim in Seaford. Pub stop at the end and or food/drinks on the beach. 

Please bring packed lunch along with plenty of water and snacks. 

Suitable for those who are comfortable walking long distances for the full day.

Transport

Please take the 08:54 from London Victoria, (09:01 Clapham Junction), (09:10 East Croydon). Arrive Polegate 10:09.

Buy return Polegate. For the return leg, buy single from Seaford to Lewes. 

On exiting Polegate station please stand away from the main entrance to allow passengers to enter and exit the station. Start time 10:15.
