Overview

This walk covers a variety of habitats, including deciduous woods, open common land, sandy heathland, birch scrub, and pine woods. Heading south from Potton town centre we pass through woods to the small village of Sutton. Passing over Biggleswade common we approach the RSPB reserve at Sandy from the south.

There are toilet facilities at the start of the walk in Potton town centre and at the lunch stop in Sandy. You can bring your own refreshments or purchase food and drinks from the reserve café.
