Overview

 

Distance 7.5 miles, easy gradients.  Coffee after 2.2 miles lunch at 4.3 miles (tables and seats).  There are no toilets on the route but as we know every tree etc etc.  There are no shops either unless we make a diversion and there are no stiles (hurrah).

Please  note waterproof footwear required - there is a shallow stream to wade across.
