Raincliffe Woods Scarborough North Yorkshire

10 Mile walk initially through Raincliffe Woods taking in Throxenbury Mere then over to Scalby and up the hill towards Cumboots Brow, returning down the hill and along Scalby cut, followiing the Tabular hills path.  Established route with one slippery descent.

For anyone who would like to join but do a shorter (7 mile) walk, please meet at the post box outside Scalby School rooms at 9.35am;  i will ferry them to the start point  of the walk and they can then leave the walk early when we pass by the school rooms at 7 miles
