We follow tracks across the moor, linking with a road, path and byway around Red Hill. We then follow paths to the track leading across Llanbedr Hill back to the car park.
This is the walk we did in September, though there will be less bracken this time, but still lots of mud. The views are spectacular on a good day. There are no stiles, just a couple of gates.
The Painscastle to Cregrina road is narrow with lots of bends and hills, so difficult to navigate if snowy or icy. If the weather conditions are poor, the walk will probably be cancelled. Fingers crossed for good weather.
