A walk over fairly level terrain with no stiles via Thames Path, Syon Park, Brentford, Grand Union Canal / River Brent with detour to Boston Manor, Elthorne Park, Osterley Park, Norwood Green, a further section of the Grand Union Canal past Three Bridges and Hanwell Locks and a further section of the River Brent.
Lunch stop after 4 miles at Boston Manor Café.
Drop-outs to Brentford, Boston Manor and Osterley Stations.
