We are the East Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk along the river from Marlow towards Bourne End, returning via Little Marlow and a shady track. Some riverside properties featured in the Marlow Murder Club series (Drama Channel).
Mostly flat, no stiles.
A footbridge to negotiate but a possible alternative (shorter option) for those who feel they can’t manage the steps.
Bring a drink/snack for the banana break.
Starting from the Riverside (free) car park on Gossmore Lane, Marlow. This is best approached via Station Road and Lock Road when using Marlow Bridge. For those unfamiliar with the location the car parking sign is extremely well hidden! Please be mindful of increased traffic due to The Henley Royal Regatta/allow extra time for your journey.
