Overview

We shall head up to Norbury Park, into aptly named Updown Wood, heading for the area called The Hazels, which should be full of primroses, violets and other spring flowers. We then follow a section of Admiral's Road, before re-entering woodland, pausing to admire the views across the Mole Gap and enjoy our refreshments (bring your own). From Crabtree Lane we shall drop down to the beautiful path along the base of the woodland and finish alongside the river.
