Walliswood is a centre for many beautiful bluebell woods and it has an excellent pub: The Scarlett Arms. It is therefore the centre for this two-part figure of eight walk.
The morning loop is six miles northwards towards Ewhurst on easy woodland paths and farmland, through Walliswood nature reserve, past Pond Head Farm and North Breach Manor, with a perfect coffee stop (bring your own) overlooking a pond, then back alongside Cobbler's Brook, passing the edge of a polo field and back into woodland. No significant hills but plenty of stiles.
After the walk you are welcome to stay on for refreshments at the pub, or picnic nearby. You could then take up the chance of an afternoon walk to complete the figure of eight.
