We are the Wakefield and District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Short, leisurely walk taking in New Crofton, Crofton, Anglers Country Park and returning via former Nostell Pit Site (now woodland and ponds); toilets and refreshments available at the start and end; alfresco toilets available in between! Less than 7miles, comfortable 3.5 hours.
Walk followed by lunch (2pm approx.). All welcome including partners and non walkers. To book a place on the Summer Lunch please contact Marcia H on 07890 880031.
