A pleasant circular walk following part of the Trent Valley Way, using country lanes, field paths and alongside the River Trent on the floodwall. There will be a coffee stop at the memorial park at Radcliffe, where seats are available. There is a pub at the end of the walk in Shelford, where muddy boots are welcome, if anyone wants refreshments etc, afterwards. Alternatively sandwiches can be consumed in the churchyard at Shelford, where seating is available.
Could be muddy in places.
Please register for this walk on Newark Ramblers website where you will also find details of our car share scheme.
