A moderately paced walk which includes three loops from Albury to Gomshall to Shere on little known paths. Sandy underfoot, no steep ascents, a couple of stiles. Walk through woods, over heathland and by the river. Lovely views over Shere and the North Downs.

Free car park at Albury Sports Ground. A25 pass Newlands Corner to A248 right to Albury (just after Silent Pool car park). Left into New Road, car park about 1 mile on right hand side opposite Park Road junction.
