Overview

Grade C easy half day circular walk, begins on the road and then into Lainshaw Woods, Stewarton where you can look out for squirrels, heron, otters and many species of bird.  Good walking boots recommended.  If weather has been wet fallen leaves may be slippy.  Poles optional.

We will begin the walk at 10:00 am from the Rose Reilly Sports Centre, Stewarton KA3 3DN with plenty of parking.

Parking area at Rose Reilly Sports Centre, travel along Kilwinning Road with school on the left and once you pass the Sport Centre on the right take right turn into Rigghead and then right again into the parking area.
