Overview

This relatively flat walk (only 310ft/95m of ascent in total) follows the Brenda Parker Way through the remains of the Roman town of Calleva Atrebatum before heading cross-country through farmland to the village of Bramley. We return via Latchmere Green and Pamber Forest. There is an optional pub-stop at the end of the walk.

Meet for a 10:15 start at the (free) car park by the playing fields opposite the Calleva Arms pub in SIlchester. Please bring a packed lunch and drink, as usual. Some parts of the route will be muddy.
