We are the North West Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

If you are a Ramblers member, please bring your membership card. You MUST text or ring the leader to BOOK a place. You should not join the walk unless you have received a verbal CONFIRMATION or a TEXT.
Our route takes us past Llanvihangle Court and then traverses the base of the Skirrid hill so that we ascend from the South side on Offas Dyke Path and thence descend on the North side to Pen y Park and across fields to Werngifford. Here we follow what remains of an old horse drawn tramway until we cross the main road back to the start point.
There is a coffee machine in the garage shop next to the church. Other walkers use the garage toilet and donate something for cleaning in the shop. Ohh, and there are plenty of trees and hedges for wild moments on this walk! Please bring your lunch.

The weather is uncertain at the moment but for sure will be cold so plenty of layers at the ready and poles will be of use.
