Picturesque walk partly following the Chiltern Link. Walk through ancient woodland and farmland with a lovely view towards Chesham half way round. Admire Pednor House - a grade II listed converted Tudor Courtyard House and the moat at Redding Wick which is a ditch and is a scheduled monument most likely built between 1250 & 1350 as a status symbol which we will see in the woods on our return.

Parking street side in South Heath in lay by adjacent to Kings Lane in Lappetts Road, South Heath, Great Missenden HP 16 0RA. Note parking in Wood Lane is not allowed. After parking we will meet where Lappett Lane meets Wood Lane.
