We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

The walk starts in the village of Micheldever, passes through Micheldever Woods and the site of a bowl barrow and then goes on to the village of East Stratton, returning to Micheldever via Chapel Avenue (also known as Coffin Walk). The walk is primarily on footpaths and tracks with just a short amount of road walking. There are 2 stiles on the walk.
This is a picnic walk so please bring lunch plus a drink & snack for morning break. In view of the recent wet weather poles may be beneficial.
Please contact the leader to let them know you are coming as we may leave early if all known attendees have arrived.
Car parking area is adjacent to The Lord Rank Playing Field on Duke Street on the Western side of Micheldever Village.
