This is a fairly flat walk, starting at Tilford Green, we walk to Tilfordmill bridge. Then along the edge of Farnham Heath Nature Reserve, through Tankersford Common to Frensham Little Pond. Skirting the Little Pond we walk to the Great Pond passing over Frensham Common. We then go back across the Common, walk around the other side of the Little Pond back to Tilford.
Please bring coffee and a picnic lunch. Toilets and refreshments are available at the coffee stop by the Little Pond, and at the lunch stop by the Great Pond.
There will be an opportunity to have a post walk coffee or drink at the pub by Tilford Green.
From Guildford take the A3 south, taking the exit for Elstead, B3100. Continue on the B3100 throug Elstead and past the "Mill at Elstead" restaurant. Approx 1km after the mill turn left down Tilford Street, cross the bridge over the river and immediately turn right. The free carpark is 50m on the left. Alternative parking is available around Tilford Green.
