Overview

Starting from the wonderful Tibbs Farm Cafe near Udimore, the route uses a series of permissive footpaths, public footpaths and lanes. There is a short section alongside a busy main road, but visibility is good and it is within a speed restriction zone. A few short ascents/descents as we visit the Brede and Tillingham valleys. Permission received to use the car park and facilities free of charge, the cafe will be open for coffee, snacks and a good selection of food on our return. Please support if you can. Fine views throughout the day, bring a drink and a snack. Park on the hard ground on the right of the entrance gate.  Dogs welcome but livestock present in some areas.
