We are the Aberystwyth Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The Wales coast Path follows the River Dyfi on its Southern side over Cors Focno a flat area of Raised bog. On reaching the shoreline at Borth the route goes South following the ups & downs of the sea cliffs giving good views of Cardigan Bay & the Snowdonian mountains to the North. The route goes through Wallog where Sarn Cynfelin justs out into the bay a remnant of the effect that the glacial past had on the landscape. Constitution hill is the last hill on the route overlooking Aberystwyth with its tempting cafe before the descent into Aberystwyth.
There is an initial bus T2 departing at 0935 from stand 4 at Aberystwyth bus station arriving at Trerddol by 1005. This is a joint walk with Coventry ramblers. PLEASE CONTACT LEADER TO BOOK A PLACE.
