This is a circular walk covering an area to the East of Owslebury, heading initially to Upham, then via King’s Way to Longwood House, before ambling along Honeyman Lane and Stags Lane on the return to the start. There are some lovely viewpoints along the route and a rich variety of terrain. There are 6 stiles (4 of them on one steep downhill open path). There are two notable but short inclines. It would be therefore be appropriate to bring poles if you use them.
If the weather is sunny, please remember hats or suncream. There are no facilities on route, but plenty of trees! This is a picnic walk and please bring plenty to drink.
