We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We will be walking along part of the new Tywy valley cycle track between Gelli Aur and Dryslwyn. The walk is easy and just under 3 miles with no hills, no stiles and no mud! There are some lovely quiet stretches where the path follows along beside the river.
