The walk will start at 10.00 am. It will be a leisurely walk around Warwick starting at the racecourse, walking through the town to St Nicolas Park where we will have an early coffee stop then walk beside the River Avon and along the Canal towpath towards Hatton. We will have lunch beside the locks then leave the canal at Ugly Bridge and walk along quiet lanes to the church at Budbrooke, then across fields, under the railway line back towards the town then through an industrial estate, back over the railway line through a nature reserve and back through the race course to the car park. There will be a few muddy sections but mostly it will be good footpaths or quiet roads.
