From Artington P&R we set off for Watts Gallery via Littleton and Loseley, returning along the North Downs Way and the River Wey. We will have our refreshment break at Watts Gallery where there are loos and a coffee shop. There will be a short section of pavement walking but otherwise the route takes us along footpaths and bridleways, through open countryside and wooded areas and along the river bank. There are some steady inclines but nothing major (one steep section, but very short, down to the river). Hopefully we'll have decent weather and be able to enjoy the views and Autumnal colours.

We start off from Artington P&R which is on a bus route. Our refreshment break will be at Watts Gallery where there are loos and a cafe (not too long a stop!). There are loose stones and nettles in places and, depending on the weather, there could be mud (or maybe lots of mud!) so dress accordingly. There are no stiles. There could be livestock in some of the fields we pass so dogs on leads where necessary.
Meet at far end of Artington Park & Ride carpark (free). This is on the Old Portsmouth Road (A3100) between Guildford and Godalming. Note: There is no longer a dedicated Artington P&R bus link to Guildford Bus Station. Instead the P&R CP is served by regular bus services #70 #71 H. #70 bus departs bus station at 9:50 arr.
