Overview

A pleasant circular 5 mile walk over and around fields and in woods with some far reaching views from the ancient and historic Hampshire village of Crondall.

Walking is generally easy but with some undulation and some field paths and one track are stony which, together with the terrain (which may be  likely to be muddy and possibly slippery if it is or has recently been raining) suggests poles and boot are advisable.  There is one stile. and some short lengths of road walking on quiet lanes.  The winery with cafe towards the end may be an added incentive !  Road parking is available near the church opposite our starting point at the recreation/Cricket ground

Crondall lies to the south of the A287 Farnham/Odiham road and can be reached from there (signposted) or take the A31 Hog's back from Guildford Continue passing The Shepherd and Flock Roundabout on the A31, through the traffic lights and turn right at the next roundabout heading back towards Farnham. After the mini roundabout take the left turning and continue on to Crondall. The school and church are down a turning to your left when entering the older part of the village
