A short walk in northern Gower with views over Loughor Estuary.
Cawl will be available to purchase after the walk so please book with Lynne by Monday 24th November on 01792-845845 if you would like a delicious bowl of Bab’s Cawl.
We’ll walk 2 miles via Leason to Weobley and have time to buy Teas and Coffee, to explore the Castle and maybe buy some Salt-Marsh Lamb.
The 700-year-old Weobley Castle was home to the de la Bere family and a target for the forces of Owain Glyndŵr in the 15th Century.

We’ll then make the 2-mile return journey to The Dolphin Inn at Llanrhidian.
Stiles: One Stile (awkward).
Toilets: In the Dolphin Pub and at Weobley Castle.
Terrain: Uneven surfaces. Some sections may have mud. Walking Poles recommended.
Social after walk:
Afterwards, we will go for refreshments to The Dolphin.
