Overview

The walk follows the paths, tracks and lanes in the downlands around Hannington, south east of White Hill.  We head south east, following the Wayfarer's Way, passing through North Oakley and Freemantle Farm on the way to Tangier Park, where we turn north west heading for Plantation Hill, before turning west and passing the mast at Cottington Hill before returning to the carpark. There are only a few stiles, in fair condition.  The going should generally be good, although soft/wet in some wooded areas.
