Overview

The route of this walk takes us west along the Kennet and Avon Canal from the Rowbarge pub in Woolhampton as far as Colthrop Bridge, where we cross the canal and the railway to continue north over the A4 past Colthrop Manor and King's Farm to the village of Midgham. From there we walk through Midgham Park and past Hallcourt Farm on our way back to Woolhampton. The canal towpath is flat, and the rest of the walk is gently undulating.
