Overview

Walk starts at Wingham car park. (Local side streets can also be used for parking. There are public toilets).

This is a flat walk which heads to Ickham, then Wickhambreaux (water stop), on to Stodmarsh Nature Reserve (public toilets) then along the River Stour to Grove Ferry (about 6.5 miles).

Lunch stop - picnic tables, public toilets and pub available.

The afternoon heads towards Preston, then along the Little Stour. Heads off at Deadmill Bridge to Hearts Delight and back to Wingham.
