We will be walking around Worcester Race course, along the river to the Diglis Basin and back to Worcester Cathedral. We will be spending about 40 minutes there to see nearly 2oo decorated Xmas trees and the Cathedral itself. We will walk back through the town to the carpark. You may want to shop or eat out after.
Worcester can get flooded at this time of year and walking around the river is impossible. If that occurs we will walk along the canal, to the Commandary, up a hill to the Forte Royal which has great views over Worcester, walk around the town of Worcester ending up at the Cathedral.
The Hive has a reasonably priced cafe near the car park, but there are plenty of other places to eat in Worcester.
